When you submit a project enquiry, BloomIN stores your name, email, optional callback number, service choice, preferred consultation date, project type and brief to respond to your request. Please do not include financial, identity or other sensitive documents.
Enquiries are stored on the website server and are available through the protected staff inbox. When notification delivery is configured, the enquiry is also sent to the designated BloomIN inbox through the selected email provider. Staff can delete enquiries when they are no longer needed. You can ask for correction or deletion when the team replies to your enquiry.
Your moodboard references are stored in this browser. Removing browser site data clears them. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Images may load from Unsplash, and the project portfolio and staff sign-in use Supabase. These services receive connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests their content.
